We’ve identified a power outage in the Golconda area due to NV Energy, which is affecting some customers. At this time, there is no estimated time of restoration from the power company.
We are currently investigating this incident. Tech is on their way
Tech is being sent back to the tower to find out why the generator isn't doing it's job.
The Carson Hill site is affecting Mound as well. A tech is on the way with a generator.
The rest of the site has gone offline. Seems to be power. Will deploy a tech asap
We are currently seeing an issue due to storms in the area we will monitor to make sure they resolve properly
Tech is on site and has identified a power issue. Fix implemented and we are now monitoring.
